There is no such thing as a chemical free pool, all pools that are left up for more than a day require chemicals including chlorine to maintain the proper ph and alkalinity. In other words, without a balance of chemicals in the water you will be swimming in disease infested algae.
There are no real dangers to swimming in chlorinated water unless the levels are too high, in which you couldn’t swim in it anyway as it would burn your skin.
I swam for 15 years, 2 hours a day, every day and did not suffer any ill effects.
Chlorine is almost a certainty if you are swimming in a public pool, anywhere. Public pools are required to use it, because chlorine is what kills all the germs that people bring into the pool with them (or *put* into the pool, via their pee and stuff). Gross, I know…. but perhaps you should try swimming in a lake or, in summer, the ocean.

outdoor or chlorinated pools needs sun light to allow chemical to evaporate.

there’s always the Ocean…but I swim in chlorinated pools all the time and I don’t know what "hazards" you speak of.
you would be experiencing more health risk without the chlorine..uh jump in a lake otherwise
lakes, rivers, ocean…public pools have to be treated with chlorine.

That’s probably not possible in a public pool. Too many people pissing, spitting and snotting in it. Try a neighbors pool.
